Willmar, Minn.-based Christianson CPAs and Consultants has announced the groundbreaking for its new office and world headquarters at 2020 U.S.-12 in Willmar. The move marks a significant milestone in the firm’s nearly 40-year history and underscores its continued commitment to the West Central Minnesota community.
“The City of Willmar has been the hub for our firm to serve clients in the many local communities we call home,” said Joel Gratz, CPA and MP. “West Central Minnesota has been central to Christianson since our founding in 1987. We’re excited to continue our commitment to this community and for the opportunities this new space will provide staff and clients for years to come.”
The firm, which surpassed 100 full-time employees in 2025, has outgrown its current downtown Willmar offices. The new facility—scheduled for completion in late fall 2026—will feature expanded space for training, client collaboration and firm events, along with modern amenities to support continued growth.
Until construction is complete, Christianson will continue to operate from its current location at 302 SW 5th Street in Willmar.
