New York-based IPA 100 firm EisnerAmper (FY24 net revenue of $1.02 billion) has announced that San Francisco-based Fernway Solutions, a fast-growing accounting and advisory firm with cross-border expertise, has joined the firm.
Founded in 2018, Fernway Solutions has built a reputation for guiding high-growth companies through global expansion, corporate structuring, M&A, tax planning, compliance and accounting services. The firm’s more than 40 professionals are based across offices in San Francisco, Boston, London and Bangalore.
