Armanino Expands ERP Capabilities with Keystone Business Services Integration

San Ramon, Calif.-based IPA 100 firm Armanino (FY24 net revenue of $697.4 million) has announced the integration of Keystone Business Services, an Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider. The move enhances Armanino’s ERP and consulting offerings by incorporating Keystone’s specialized NetSuite practice, further strengthening the firm’s leadership in cloud-based business application solutions.

Founded more than 20 years ago, Keystone delivers tailored NetSuite implementations across industries including manufacturing, distribution and food and beverage. The firm was named the 2024 NetSuite Breakthrough Solution Provider Partner of the Year and is recognized for its expertise in system integration, ERP management and long-term client success.

“Keystone is a fantastic cultural and operational fit that helps fill a critical gap in our ability to offer a diverse range of ERP solutions with the technical expertise Armanino is known for,” said Matt Armanino, CEO of Armanino Advisory LLC. “Eric and his team bring tremendous NetSuite knowledge and a track record of long-term client success.”

Eric Jozwiak, founder and president of Keystone, added, “Joining Armanino means unlocking greater opportunity for our team and our clients. Our clients will now benefit from an expanded suite of services that a national firm of scale provides—from AI strategy to tax, and everything in between.”

With Keystone’s addition, Armanino gains a team of seasoned professionals with deep experience in digital transformation, ERP integration and advanced analytics. The integration complements Armanino’s ongoing innovation initiatives, including its investment in artificial intelligence, data management and automation tools to help clients modernize operations and prepare for sustainable growth.
