Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio LLP (FY24 net revenue of $485.3 million) has welcomed four new partners, expanding its leadership team across technology, real estate and financial services and strengthening its presence in key regional markets.
- Jim Cordova joins as Southern California Market Leader and Real Estate Tax Partner. Based in Orange County, Cordova brings nearly 35 years of leadership experience as the former CEO and MP of Top 100 firm Windes. He will lead Aprio’s growth strategy across Southern California, focusing on regional team development and client impact.
- Jason Lipschultz, based in Chicago, has been named Midwest Technology Industry Leader and Risk Advisory and Assurance Partner. He will expand the firm’s technology and compliance services, helping companies leverage risk management and SOC reporting as strategic business advantages.
- Dasha Walker joins as Commercial Real Estate Assurance Partner in Atlanta, leading audit and advisory services for real estate investors and developers throughout the Southeast.
- Elie Doft, based in New York, joins as Financial Services Assurance Partner, bringing more than 25 years of experience in securitization and structured products across asset classes.
The appointments follow a year of significant growth for Aprio, which has completed 12 acquisitions and added 10 lateral partners in 2025, extending its reach in the Midwest, Tri-State and California regions.
