Paskin Rejoins CohnReznick as Partner, Will Lead Value Creation Practice

New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick (FY24 net revenue of $1.15 billion) has announced that Ryan Paskin has rejoined the firm as a partner in its Value360 advisory practice. In his new role, Paskin will lead a newly established value creation practice focused on helping alternative investment firms develop and accelerate strategies to unlock growth and maximize portfolio company performance.

Paskin brings extensive M&A transaction experience, including seven years in the private equity industry, where he designed and implemented value creation strategies for portfolio companies across industrial and professional services sectors. His work included integrating more than 20 add-ons, implementing management operating systems and driving commercial and financial synergies post-closing.

“Value creation is central to our Value360 practice and to the transaction advisory services we provide to our clients and their portfolio companies,” said Claudine Cohen, MP of Value360. “Ryan’s experience leading value creation initiatives—and his understanding that each acquisition requires a customized plan—extends the expertise CohnReznick provides to the M&A markets.”

Paskin previously spent nine years with CohnReznick as a director in the firm’s transaction advisory practice before serving as an operating partner for private equity portfolio companies. His responsibilities included mentoring leadership teams, implementing ERP and CRM systems and supporting investment teams with due diligence, underwriting and transaction execution.
