Long Beach, Calif.-based IPA 200 firm Windes (FY24 net revenue of $56.4 million) has launched a dedicated human capital consulting practice to provide strategic and operational HR guidance for businesses seeking to strengthen hiring practices, navigate compliance requirements and build engaged teams.
The new practice will offer support in recruitment strategy, employee handbook development, training programs, compensation planning, regulatory compliance and organizational development.
