LBMC Names Kim Pace Director in Transaction Advisory Services Practice

Chattanooga, Tenn.-based LBMC (FY24 net revenue $234.6 million) has promoted Kim Pace to director in its Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in the firm’s growing Chattanooga office.Kim Pace

Pace provides financial due diligence services for both strategic and private equity-sponsored buyers and sellers. She brings 10 years of public accounting experience to the role, with the last six years focused on mergers and acquisitions. She joined LBMC’s Transaction Advisory Services team in 2019 after serving as a manager in the firm’s audit department.
