Glen Allen, Va.-based IPA 200 firm Keiter (FY24 net revenue of $46.59 million) has launched a new client accounting and finance services line, aimed at helping businesses gain financial clarity, improve decision-making and scale with confidence. The offering will provide fractional CFO and Controller services alongside advisory expertise to optimize clients’ finance functions and reduce operational risk.
“Many of our clients have shared that they’re looking for more than just transactional support when it comes to closing the books. They’re seeking experienced advisors who can lead, streamline, and scale their finance operations,” said Gary Wallace, MP. “Our Client Accounting & Finance Services line is designed to meet that need by providing strategic financial leadership, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering insights that support long-term growth. Whether a business is navigating rapid expansion, preparing for a transaction, or facing capacity challenges, our team can help drive results and uncover opportunities.”
As part of the rollout, Keiter has named Matt Grossman as Managing Director to lead the new practice area. Grossman brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A and strategic advisory, with a proven track record of driving value for middle-market companies.
