Brentwood, Tenn.-based IPA 100 firm LBMC PC (FY24 net revenue of $234.57 million) has admitted Mark Brumbelow as tax shareholder in its Chattanooga office.
Brumbelow, who originally joined LBMC in 2003, brings more than 20 years of experience in ASC 740 income tax accounting, multi-jurisdictional compliance and strategic tax advisory for both closely held entities and publicly traded corporations. His industry experience spans manufacturing, real estate, technology, health care and transportation and logistics.

Most recently, Brumbelow served as firm managing principal of tax services at PYA, where he led a multi-location tax team and advised on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and high-risk compliance issues. He also serves on the AICPA Corporations and Shareholders Technical Resource Panel and is actively engaged in elevating the profession.
