Mauldin & Jenkins Admits Seven New Partners

Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Mauldin & Jenkins LLC (FY24 net revenue of $120.64 million) has admitted seven professionals to partner, effective Sept. 1.

“These promotions recognize the professionals who embody the values and vision of Mauldin & Jenkins,” said Hanson Borders, MP. “Each of our new partners has demonstrated impressive technical skill and a strong dedication to mentoring the next generation of leaders. Their commitment to excellence, leadership and integrity is evident, and their contributions will play a critical role in guiding the firm’s continued growth and success.”

The new partners are:

  • LeAnn Bagasala, Raleigh, N.C. – Provides assurance services to governmental entities, specializing in counties and municipalities in North Carolina and Virginia.
  • Kevin Dodge, Savannah, Ga. – Specializes in income tax planning and preparation for closely held businesses and individuals, as well as client advisory services.
  • Ryan W. Jones, Atlanta – Works extensively with governmental entities across the Southeast.
  • Johannes S. (Joe) Kingma, Atlanta – Serves as the firm’s General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer, with more than three decades of litigation experience.
  • Ben Peterson, Atlanta – Specializes in attestation and consulting services for clients in construction, manufacturing, technology and finance industries.
  • Jamie Quinn, Athens, Ala. – Focuses on tax advising, planning and preparation for individuals and small businesses.
  • Chris Thorpe, North Fulton, Ga. – Brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate, partnership and individual taxation.
