Somerset, N.J.-based firm RRBB Accountants and Advisors welcomes Cathy Davis as a managing member at RRBB Advisors LLC and partner at Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman PA. She joins the firm’s growing tax department.

Davis brings over 25 years of experience in tax planning, compliance and advisory services. She focuses on pass-through entities, high-net-worth individuals and family trusts. With a strategic approach, Davis helps clients navigate evolving tax laws, minimize exposure and design or refine entity structures to support their financial and operational goals.
Her industry background encompasses hospitality, construction, real estate, trucking, warehousing and professional services. Davis is known for her clear communication and commitment to long-term relationships. She often partners with financial advisors, estate attorneys and other professionals to build integrated “dream teams” for each client’s unique planning needs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Rider University. A resident of Warren, she is also an active member of the NJCPA and AICPA.
