Erin Wagoner Named KSM’s Chief People Officer

Indianapolis-based IPA 100 firmKSM(Katz Sapper & Miller)(FY24 net revenue of $166 million) announced the appointment of Erin Wagoner as chief people officer (CPO). 

In this role, Wagoner will help build on KSM’s strong, people-centered culture by leading strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience and align human resources strategies with the firm’s broader business goals.

As CPO and a member of KSM’s executive committee, Wagoner will focus on sustaining and enhancing KSM’s positive workplace environment by championing career and leadership development, talent acquisition and retention, wellbeing and a flexible, empowering employee experience. She will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that people strategies continue to support the firm’s mission, values and long-term success.
