Indianapolis-based IPA 100 firm KSM (Katz Sapper & Miller) (FY24 net revenue of $166 million) announced the appointment of Erin Wagoner as chief people officer (CPO).
In this role, Wagoner will help build on KSM’s strong, people-centered culture by leading strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience and align human resources strategies with the firm’s broader business goals.

She will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that people strategies continue to support the firm’s mission, values and long-term success.
