New York-based IPA 100 firm Grassi (FY24 net revenue of $146.5 million) announced two strategic additions to its executive leadership team. Beth More has been promoted to chief marketing officer (CMO), and Kenny Li has joined the firm as CIO, strengthening the firm’s operational leadership during a pivotal time of growth and innovation.
In her expanded role as CMO, More will continue to lead the firm’s strategic marketing and communications functions, driving measurable growth and digital transformation across the organization. Since joining Grassi in early 2024 as senior director of marketing, she has delivered forward-thinking strategies and data-driven campaigns that have elevated the firm’s brand visibility, increased client engagement and strengthened its position in key industry verticals. Her collaborative leadership style has fostered strong cross-team partnerships and empowered her team to deliver results.
Li, a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of technology leadership experience, brings a strategic mindset and a strong commitment to operational excellence. As CIO, he will oversee Grassi’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, innovation initiatives and digital strategy. Li’s deep understanding of how technology can drive business value, enhance client experience and streamline internal operations positions him to play a key role in advancing the firm’s growth and efficiency.
The firm has also announced the addition of two senior professionals in its tax and audit service practices. Lindsay Faulstich joins the firm as a tax partner and Dawn Darnell joins as an audit principal. These additions further enhance Grassi’s leading tax and audit practices, reinforcing the firm’s ability to deliver specialized, industry-focused solutions to clients.
In her role as tax partner, Faulstich will advise businesses, individuals and family offices on strategies that align financial, operational and compliance objectives. With over 15 years of experience in tax strategy and compliance, she brings expertise in complex partnership structures, real estate firms, privately held businesses and high-net-worth clients, among other areas of specialization.
Darnell will serve as audit principal and a key member of Grassi’s Manufacturing & Distribution Practice, focusing on engagements that strengthen clients’ financial reporting and internal operations. She brings over 35 years of experience in public accounting and private industry, providing assurance and advisory services to organizations in the manufacturing, life sciences, technology and financial services.
Together, Faulstich and Darnell bring extensive expertise that strengthens Grassi’s ability to provide forward-looking tax and audit solutions, positioning the firm to meet the evolving needs of clients and industries.
