The Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA) announced its incoming Board of Directors for 2025-26.
Courtney Clark, MP for multistate tax services at Deloitte Tax LLP, will assume the role of chair, with Richard Fedorovich, of Bober Markey Fedorovich, transitioning to past chair. Gregory Jonovich, of Materion, will continue serving as vice chair, finance.
“I am thrilled to step into the role of chair of the board, to continue to make the Ohio Society known for all the right reasons in our state,” said Clark. “Our organization stands on a strong foundation, and it’s due to the dedication and the ingenuity of our members.”
Additionally, Angela Lewis, partner in Crowe LLP’s firm risk management group, will serve as the board’s chair during 2026-2027 and as the chair-elect of the 2025-2026 board.
“I’m honored to be named chair-elect of the OSCPA Board and look forward to collaborating alongside Courtney and the other exceptional Directors,” said Lewis. “It’s a privilege to help lead our efforts in advocating for the profession and shaping its future together.”
The new board directors for 2025-2026 include:
- Darci Congrove, managing director, GBQ
- Robert Fay, state regulatory and response committee, NASBA
- Tracey Holecek, senior managing director + shareholder, Acclarity
- Dan Perschke, senior VP & controller, E.W. Scripps
