Somerset, N.J.-based firm RRBB Accountants and Advisors announced that Matt Sampson has joined the firm as a senior manager in the audit and assurance department. Sampson brings more than a decade of experience in both public accounting and private industry. He has worked across a range of sectors, with a strong focus on life sciences and venture-backed companies. Throughout his career, Sampson has guided clients through IPOs, de-SPAC transactions, M&A deals, and equity and debt financings. In previous roles, including time at a Big 4 firm, he led audits for public and private companies.
