Meaden & Moore Expands its Advisory Services with Acquisition of ChainRing Advisors

Cleveland-based IPA 200 firm Meaden & Moore (FY23 net revenue $51.4 million) announced the acquisition of ChainRing Advisors, a Cleveland-based advisory and management consulting firm, and the appointment of its founder, Mark Kasinec, as director of advisory services. This strategic acquisition supports Meaden & Moore’s continued expansion into business intelligence, technology-enabled advisory, operational excellence and outsourced services, further solidifying the firm’s commitment to helping clients improve performance, profitability and long-term sustainability. 

Founded by Kasinec, ChainRing Advisors has worked directly with equity owners, CEOs and presidents as a seamless extension of the executive team.  The firm is known for its hands-on approach and meaningful impact.
