Carmel, Ind.-based IPA 100 firm Blue & Co. LLC (FY23 net revenue of $132.9 million) has announced the grand opening of its newest office in Chattanooga, Tenn. This strategic expansion underscores Blue & Co.’s dedication to supporting clients across the state of Tennessee and strengthening relationships in the vibrant Chattanooga business community.

The Chattanooga office will be led by director Todd Schiavone who has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare consulting and reimbursement. Under his leadership, Blue & Co. plans to build strong connections with local healthcare organizations and associations to contribute to the region’s economic development.

In addition to Schiavone, two senior managers, Meghan Campbell and Mark Daffer, will also be based in Chattanooga. Campbell has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and healthcare reimbursement consulting. Daffer has over 18 years of experience in accounting and healthcare audit.
