Princeton, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Withum (FY24 net revenue of $584.2 million) announced its new partner class for 2025.

Fifteen team members were admitted as partners in Withum offices nationwide and join the dynamic corporate leadership team at the firm:
- Conor Barnes is the team co-leader for the music industry services team and the theatre and entertainment services team with a focus on tax services.
- Judy Doyle serves as the firm’s matrimonial litigation lead and specializes in forensic and investigative accounting, business valuations, business disputes and marital dissolution.
- Emily Egkan is the team co-leader for the firm’s construction services team with a focus on tax services.
- Don Foster focuses on the construction services industry, specializing in audit and tax services.
- Kyle Grunstra specializes in the financial services industry, providing audit services to hedge funds, private equity and venture capital fund managers.
- Lynn Mucenski-Keck is the firm’s federal tax policy lead, providing clients and Withum team members with the latest federal tax legislation.
- Andrew Kelleher specializes in private and public companies, focusing on audit services for clients, including those that must file Forms 10-K and 10-Q with the SEC.
- Phil LaRosa focuses on labor organizations and multiemployer benefit plans, specializing in financial audits, compliance filings and advisory services.
- Ed Leitinger specializes in financial services with a focus on tax services in Withum’s Boston Seaport office.
- Justin Lynch advises high-net-worth domestic and individual families on a range of tax matters.
- Wally Merkas is the market leader for Withum’s business and management consulting services team.
- Laura Riso focuses on serving private and public real estate companies and employee benefit plans across all sectors with audit and assurance services.
- Mike Ritchie leads the healthcare transaction advisory services, serving healthcare middle-market companies with buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Robert Traester is the lead tax partner in Withum’s Boston Seaport office and works closely with a diverse range of clients.
- Brandon Yip is a team leader for the technology and emerging growth services team in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on audit services and SEC compliance and reporting.
