Heath Alloway Joins Sorren as Growth Partner

Meridian, Idaho–based firm Sorren announced that Heath Alloway has joined the firm as growth partner, bringing with him a passion for cultivating positive cultures and leadership. His focus on helping people and organizations build lasting legacies aligns perfectly with the next chapter of Sorren’s evolution.

“My personal vision has always been to help build something bigger than myself,” said Alloway. “Joining a transformational firm that embraces both my passions and experience gives me the opportunity to live that vision every day.

In this new role, Alloway will lead efforts to develop and expand Sorren’s industry-specific expertise and innovations, launching a client-facing leadership program, and facilitating retreats and strategic planning sessions.

“Coming together as one firm isn’t easy,” Alloway said. “But when talented, passionate professionals unite to build something special, the journey is absolutely worth it.”

Alloway is well-known across the accounting profession for his forward-thinking leadership and strategic insight. He previously served as a director at Upstream Academy, where he advised public accounting firms across the U.S. and Canada on strategy, leadership development and sustainable growth. Prior to that, he was the director of business development at BKD (now Forvis Mazars), where he played a key role in developing and growing industry verticals, new services and creating a culture of growth.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Heath to Sorren,” said Sorren president Josh Tyree. “His energy, creativity and experience align with our vision for the future — and his belief in the power of ‘one firm’ couldn’t be a better match for where we’re headed.”
