He plans to turn his full attention to servicing his clients and supporting Andrews in her new role. “Lindsay is the right leader at the right time to make this transition,” emphases Plung, “As accounting firms continue to evolve, it’s clear that leaders must possess more than technical skills. They need emotional intelligence, strong vision and a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. Lindsay has all these qualities along with a thoughtful leadership style.”
Andrews will also continue to prioritize exceptional service to her clients while leading the firm. “I am beyond honored to step into this role alongside Lou and continue to build on this firm’s rich legacy,” she says, “I look forward to guiding this firm into the next century.”
Since joining the firm in 2015 as an audit manager, Andrews has been a cornerstone of its success. She specializes in serving manufacturing and distribution companies, employee benefit plans, nonprofits, private equity and closely held businesses.
