SAX Acquires Sewald & Anastasia

Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA top 100 firm SAX (FY23 net revenue of $93.5 million) announced its acquisition of Sewald & Anastasia CPAs, effective June 1. This strategic alliance enhances SAX’s presence in Monmouth County, N.J., and strengthens its real estate and private client service capabilities through the addition of seasoned experts Charlie Anastasia and Steven Sewald. 

The integration includes an office located in Morganville, N.J., along with a talented team. Charlie Anastasia, who serves as owner and MP of Sewald and Anastasia will join SAX as a partner. In addition, Steven Sewald will be joining the firm’s dynamic and growing private client services practice as a director, bringing over deep industry knowledge and a strong dedication to delivering outstanding client service.
