Carr Riggs & Ingram Expands in New Mexico With Two Acquisitions

Expanding its footprint in New Mexico, Enterprise, Ala.-based IPA 100 firm Carr Riggs & Ingram LLC (CRI) (FY21 net revenue of $382.3 million) is merging in Everett & Boetticher PC and Kriegel / Gray / Shaw & Co., both of Las Cruces, N.M.

Founded in 1980, Everett & Boetticher provides accounting and tax services to a client base that includes construction, agriculture, engineering development, retail, real estate, and medical and professional offices, as well as non-profit organizations, pension plans, individuals and estates. Kriegel / Gray / Shaw & Co. focuses on everything from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements and financial planning.
