Whitley Penn Expands Client Accounting and Advisory Services Practice With Acquisition

Looking to expand its client accounting and advisory services practice (CAAS), Fort Worth, Texas-based IPA 100 firm Whitley Penn LLP (FY21 net revenue of $165.6 million) is acquiring Cogenics Consulting of San Francisco.

Cogenics Consulting provides technology consulting for a variety of clients, utilizing data analytics to offer new perspectives on financial forecasting, analysis and strategic planning.
