Westborough, Mass.-based IPA 100 firm AAFCPAs (FY21 net revenue of $47.3 million) has brought on Dawn Hagman as its new chief talent management officer. In this role, she will serve as a member of the leadership team, advise on organizational policy and employee well-being, and focus on upholding the firm’s culture.
Hagman has nearly 25 years of HR experience, including leadership roles within public accounting. She specializes in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the overall goals of the organization, with a track record that includes employee relations, staffing, recruitment, benefits management and professional development.
