RubinBrown Combines With KnowledgePath Consulting

Looking to expand its technology consulting services, St. Louis-based IPA 100 firm RubinBrown LLP (FY22 net revenue of $160 million) is combining with Birmingham, Ala.-based KnowledgePath Consulting.

Founded in 1989, KnowledgePath Consulting provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) modernization and business transformation services, including business assessment, ERP evaluation, IT and data services, process improvement, project management and change management. The newly combined firm will operate within RubinBrown’s business advisory services group and will operate out of the firm’s Chicago office, with KnowledgePath founder and CEO David Warford being admitted as a RubinBrown partner.

“This combination reflects RubinBrown’s commitment to growth in the business advisory and technology services spaces as well as our continued expansion in Chicago,” says RubinBrown chairman John Herber Jr. “With the fast-changing world of technology, having a trusted advisor for our clients’ businesses is more important than ever.”

“KnowledgePath Consulting and RubinBrown are a perfect match,” adds Allan Koltin, CEO of Koltin Consulting Group. “The two firms share common values and goals, offer complimentary services to similar clients and are committed to delivering quality service.”
