Gunning
Enterprise, Ala.-based IPA 100 firm Carr Riggs & Ingram LLC (CRI) (FY21 net revenue of $382.3 million) has named Matt Gunning as PIC of its Atlanta-area market practice. He succeeds Kelly Bollinger, who served as PIC for the past 11 years and is now president of the firm’s eastern region.
Gunning has more than 30 years of experience. Prior to taking on this new role, he oversaw the Atlanta area’s audit practice, working closely with non-profit organizations and commercial manufacturing and distribution companies.
“Matt has the rare ability to connect ideas and facts carefully, make sound judgments, knows how and when to act if circumstances are difficult and does it all with a synthesized balance of empathy and determination,” says Bollinger. “He will elevate this practice unit as a decisive, strategic, resilient leader who puts people first.”
