Adding a third office in the Philadelphia area, New York-based IPA 100 firm Citrin Cooperman (FY21 net revenue of $351.8 million) has acquired the Voorhees, N.J., operations of Moorestown, N.J.-based Gold Gerstein Group LLC.
Gold Gerstein Group provides tax, business advisory solutions and attest work to high-net-worth individuals and commercial businesses in the real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services industries.
