Redwood City, Calif.-based IPA 100 firm Seiler LLP (FY21 net revenue of $75 million) has admitted Joe Fernandez, Chaka Lockhart and Tyler Stuckey to its partnership.
Lockhart
Fernandez has more than 15 years of experience, specializing in cross-border tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as international tax for privately held businesses.
Lockhart has more than 20 years of experience overseeing personal financial and administrative services for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as private foundations.
Stuckey has more than a decade of experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, trusts, real estate entities and privately held companies, with expertise that includes tax advisory around complex financial transactions and client representation for tax audits and investigations.
