Expanding in the Windy City yet again, Naperville, Ill.-based IPA 100 firm Sikich LLP (FY21 net revenue of $228.6 million) is acquiring Vonya Global LLC of Chicago.
Founded in 2007, Vonya specializes in corporate governance and internal audit, working with companies around the world to mitigate risks, improve internal controls and streamline operations. The firm provides services including internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, corporate governance, IT audit, risk and compliance, technology consulting and data analytics to companies in a range of industries, including private equity, health care, and manufacturing and distribution. When the deal closes on Jan. 1, 20 Vonya team members, including three partners, will join Sikich’s downtown Chicago office.
