Kautz
IPA 200 firm GRF CPAs & Advisors (FY21 net revenue of $34.9 million) of Bethesda, Md., has brought on Patty Kautz as executive vice president.
Kautz comes to GRF from her previous role as COO at another IPA 200 firm, and has nearly 35 years of leadership experience in operations, finance, governance and strategy. She has also managed the accounting departments for entities owned by a large family office and has served as an auditor at a Big 4 firm.
“Patty is known as an expert in financial, operational and governance matters for mid-size accounting firms,” says president and MP Jackie Cardello. “GRF is delighted to add a strategic thinker and team-builder like Patty to our leadership.”
