With an eye toward expanding its NetSuite capabilities, Chicago-based IPA 100 firm BDO USA (FY22 net revenue of $2.5 billion) is acquiring Dublin, Ohio-based AdaptaLogix LLC.
Founded in 2016, AdaptaLogix provides NetSuite-based pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device enterprise resource planning and material requirements planning solutions to mid-market and pre-revenue pharmaceutical companies. As part of the deal, 14 AdaptaLogix professionals will join the enterprise business applications solution group at BDO Digital LLC.
