Chicago-based IPA 100 firm Baker Tilly (FY22 net revenue of $1.31 billion) is merging in tax consultancy firm ACG LLP of Pleasanton, Calif.
Founded in 2003, ACG provides high-end tax services to a wide variety of clients, with a particular focus on the technology and global transportation sectors. When the deal becomes effective on Dec. 1, ACG’s team of 50 professionals will join Baker Tilly.
