Kaufman Rossin Admits Two New Principals

Miami-based IPA 100 firm Kaufman Rossin (FY22 net revenue of $107.2 million) has admitted David Garcia as a principal in its forensic, advisory and valuation services practice and Paul Blackwell as a principal its assurance and advisory services practice.

Garcia joined the firm in 2007 as an auditor and has been a part of the firm’s forensic, advisory and valuation services group for over a decade. He provides consulting and expert witness testimony on accounting and general commercial litigation matters, as well as financial fraud investigations, embezzlement investigations and various due diligence matters.

Blackwell leads engagements for privately held businesses, financial services companies and non-profit organizations. He has experience providing services in financial reporting and attestation, operational performance and internal controls, forecasting and financial modeling, as well as M&A.
