Dallas-based Ryan has acquired Paradigm DKD Group LLC, doing business as Paradigm Tax Group (PTG). Founded in 2004, PTG is a property tax management services firm specializing in real and personal property tax appeals, pre-acquisition planning due diligence, complex property consulting and business property tax compliance.

Brint Ryan. “Combining PTG’s specialized knowledge, national network and innovative technology platform with our current service and software offerings benefits clients from both firms and ensures a seamless property tax management solution moving forward.”
Separately, in an effort to expand its government funding and grant offerings, Ryan has also acquired The Funding Portal Inc. (Fundingportal) of Toronto. Founded in 2011, Fundingportal is a funding subscription service and software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider that assists companies, municipalities, non-profits and other organizations in securing grants, government incentives and other funding.
“Since its founding over a decade ago, Fundingportal has developed a strong reputation helping companies and other organizations to identify and secure grant and government funding opportunities,” says Ryan. “This acquisition positions Ryan extremely well to ensure our clients are in a position to benefit from the diverse array of these programs in Canada and beyond.”
