Dannible & McKee Makes Leadership Moves, Admits New Partner

Didio

Syracuse, N.Y.-based Dannible & McKee has elected Christopher Didio as its new MP. He succeeds Michael Reilly, who has led the firm since 2018 and will continue to serve as a tax consulting partner, focusing on business valuation, litigation support and expert testimony, M&A and other tax consulting and compliance matters.

Didio has been with Dannible & McKee since 1987, providing audit and accounting services to a wide range of privately held companies, particularly in the non-profit, manufacturing, health care and insurance spaces. Overseeing the firm’s forensic accounting and fraud detection and prevention services, he specializes in fraud and forensic examinations and lost revenue and profit calculations. He also serves as PIC of the firm’s recruiting efforts.

Vaccaro

The firm has also named Victor Vaccaro Jr. PIC of assurance services. He succeeds Kenneth Gardiner, who has led assurance since 2005 and who will continue his role as an audit consulting partner with the firm. Vaccaro joined the firm in 1990, providing auditing, accounting and advisory services, particularly to architectural and engineering firms and manufacturing companies. He focuses on FAR overhead audits, business valuations, ownership transition, M&A and forensic accounting. He also performs profitability consulting, including implementation of performance management techniques, activity-based costing projects, customer profitability analysis, improved budgeting and strategic planning initiatives.

Axenfeld

Finally, the firm has admitted Kaitlyn Axenfeld as a partner in its audit practice. Axenfeld has over 10 years of experience providing audit, review, compilation and advisory services to a wide variety of clients. She specializes in forensic accounting and consulting services, including litigation support to law firms and fraud detection, damage calculations and prevention matters to privately held companies.
