New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick LLP has rebranded its transactions and turnaround advisory practice. The new name, Value360, is meant to reinforce the practice group’s service offering to clients across all industries and situations.
Services offered by the 250 professionals in the Value360 practice include valuation, transactions, project finance and consulting, infrastructure advisory, dispute resolution, financial modeling, performance improvement and restructuring.
“We’re not straying from our core services, including transaction and valuation advisory, restructuring and project finance that clients have come to rely on us for,” says Value360 managing principal Claudine Cohen. “We’re expanding and deepening those areas by aligning on our mission and providing additional complementary services that will help businesses create and enhance value.”
