Looking to expand its national firm alliance, Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio LLP has acquired CPAsNET of Boulder, Colo.
Founded in 1994, CPAsNET is an association of independently owned public accounting and advisory firms. Aprio and CPAsNET have been partnering since 2019 to provide the latter’s member firms with services.
