Untermeyer

San Francisco-based IPA 100 firm Andersen has named Brian Untermeyer as the new OMP of its Dallas office. He succeeds Ralph Pike, who has led the Dallas office since 2016.

Untermeyer has more than 30 years of tax experience advising inbound and outbound multinational public and private companies and high-net-worth families on tax issues across multiple industries. His focus areas include structuring/restructuring, treasury, M&A, planning, coordination of local country issues and addressing key strategic needs. Prior to joining Andersen, he was an international tax partner at Deloitte Tax LLP and at Arthur Andersen LLP.

“Brian embodies the Andersen values and commitment to developing our professionals,” says CEO Mark Vorsatz. “His leadership and outstanding knowledge will enhance the Dallas practice and our position in the market.”
