UHY Acquires Maryland Firm

Farmington Hills, Mich.-based IPA 100 firm UHY LLP (FY20 net revenue of $185.7 million) is merging in Stoy Malone & Company PC of Towson, Md. (FY20 net revenue of $3.7 million).

Founded in 1938, Stoy Malone provides a broad range of accounting services to individuals, businesses, business owners and non-profit organizations. As part of the deal, longtime Stoy Malone shareholder John Kincaid Jr. will join UHY as a partner, and Vincent Nesline, Joyce O’Dwyer and Janeen Armstrong will join the firm as principals.
