Maloney + Novotny Admits Five New Shareholders

Cleveland-based IPA 200 firm Maloney + Novotny LLC (FY20 net revenue of $22.2 million) has admitted the following five professionals as shareholders:

  • Angelique Boulis joined Maloney + Novotny in 2010 and specializes in accounting and tax planning strategies for small businesses. Prior to joining the firm, she spent six years as the CFO of a privately held business.
  • Dale Dresch is the director of IT audit services and has more than 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure design and systems administration, specializing in system design, process implementation, network architecture, risk management, and IT governance and compliance.
  • Jeff Koons has been with Maloney + Novotny since 2009, focusing on audit, review, compilation and tax services, as well as accounting consulting assistance for commercial and industrial companies, oil and gas firms, benefit plans, not-for-profit high schools, health care organizations and not-for-profit organizations.
  • Greg Ruban’s nearly 20 years of accounting experience includes audits, reviews, compilations and agreed-upon procedure engagements, working with not-for-profit organizations, union/trade organizations, private companies (retail, construction, manufacturing, industry, consulting), employee benefit plans, governments and HUD entities.
  • Dan Tomola joined the firm in 2012, providing individual, corporate, trust and estate tax compliance, as well as tax consulting in these fields, for a client base that includes manufacturing, professional services, auto dealerships and health care entities. He has also assisted many clients in the M&A space.
