Indianapolis-based IPA 100 firm Katz Sapper & Miller (KSM) (FY20 net revenue of $81.8 million) has expanded its leadership team by bringing in Ryan Elpers as chief growth officer and promoting Jennifer Moore to the role of chief marketing officer.
As chief growth officer, Elpers will lead the firm’s business development efforts in collaboration with firm-wide, service line and industry leaders on sales strategies and execution. Prior to joining KSM, he spent 14 years in a variety of business development and sales leadership roles at medical technology company Stryker, most recently serving as a regional sales manager.
Moore rejoined KSM as director of marketing in 2009 after serving in marketing roles with Roche Diagnostics and Deloitte. With KSM, she has built and now leads a multidisciplinary marketing team with responsibility for the firm’s brand management, digital and content strategy, proposal development, internal communications, public relations, and industry and service line marketing programs.
“With Ryan and Jennifer in place, KSM will accelerate its progress toward key strategic firm goals, including growing our business, driving value and success for our clients and providing more opportunities for our people across our expanding line of services,” says president and CEO Tim Cook.
