New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick LLP (FY21 net revenue of $673.3 million) has admitted Sasibeh (Sas) Senay Beyene as a tax partner in its renewable energy practice.
Beyene’s experience includes work in industries such as real estate and telecommunications, including more than 15 years of global and domestic experience as a tax and accounting senior executive, comprising REIT structuring, modeling, diligence and integration related to M&A and divestiture transactions. He has been an advisor to large publicly traded and private REIT clients, managing a variety of technical tax and tax outsourcing issues in India and other countries, and has led research initiatives related to complex tax issues for real estate partnerships. Before joining CohnReznick, Beyene served as senior VP of tax for a publicly traded telecommunications REIT.
