Sparks, Md.-based IPA 100 firm SC&H Group (FY20 net revenue of $62.7 million) has brought on Jim Dickinson as its first chief learning officer. In this role, he will be responsible for enhancing employee productivity and engagement, driving employee growth, designing new learning strategies and implementing methods to enhance and recognize performance.
An organizational psychologist, Dickinson joins SC&H Group from Loyola University Maryland, where he developed and implemented the university’s career readiness strategy in his role as assistant VP for career services. Prior to Loyola, he was director of operation, training and development at Johns Hopkins Healthcare.
