Cranford, N.J.-based MSPC has promoted Len Sprishen to director of its global tax advisory practice.
Sprishen provides tax advice to clients on a broad range of federal, international, and state and local tax matters, including M&A, real estate transactions, controversy resolution, inbound and outbound investment structuring and compliance, income tax treaty analysis, tax-exempt entity operations and multistate nexus studies.
