IPA 200 firm Windham Brannon LLC of Atlanta (FY20 net revenue of $30 million) has admitted Brandi Samuel as a principal. She is the first Black principal at the firm.
Samuel joined Windham Brannon as a senior tax associate in 2014 after nearly five years at a Big 4 firm. As the international tax practice co-leader, she specializes in international taxation, M&A tax implications, general tax compliance, not-for-profit tax compliance and individual taxation. She has also been instrumental in building and leading the firm’s initiatives around diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and has developed and coordinated training for new managers each year.
“Brandi has been serving clients around the globe with superior international expertise,” says CEO and MP Heidi LaMarca. “We’re incredibly fortunate to have her knowledge and specialized skill set.”
