Frazier & Deeter Hires Chief People Officer

Shawn Minard

Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Frazier & Deeter LLC (FY20 net revenue of $120.9 million) is welcoming Shawn Minard as its new chief people officer, a role that encompasses talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, talent retention, compensation structure, benefits, diversity and inclusion, compliance and culture.

Minard previously served as senior director of HR for Ultimate Kronos Group, where he was responsible for leading teams responsible for leadership development, talent management, onboarding and talent acquisition. During his tenure, he designed and managed the company’s enterprise-wide talent management processes including selection, performance management, learning management, leadership development, executive coaching, promotion and succession.

“People are our most important asset,” says national MP Seth McDaniel. “Shawn’s expertise in learning and development, as well as hybrid working arrangements, will help us be a more flexible organization with a deliberate focus on our people’s development.”
