Looking to expand its advisory services, New York-based IPA 100 firm PKF O’Connor Davies (FY20 net revenue of $211.8 million) is merging in bankruptcy and restructuring consultancy Clear Thinking Group of Hillsborough, N.J.
Over the past 20 years, Clear Thinking has provided services in the areas of financial advisory and restructuring, bankruptcy advisory, process and performance improvement, and creditors’ rights to clients in a wide range of industries. The firm has also recently expanded into ESG solutions as well.
