Ridgeland, Miss.-based IPA 100 firm HORNE LLP (FY20 net revenue of $152.5 million) has acquired health care data analytics company REDi Health.
Founded more than 20 years ago by Jeff Grandia and John Wadsworth, REDi (which stands for Rural Economic Development inspired) has worked with dozens of top health systems, using data and analytics to improve health care in rural and underserved communities. The company advises states and communities on the best ways to use this data to improve patient outcomes, reduce physician burnout and reduce cost of care. As part of the deal, Grandia and Wadsworth have been admitted as partners in the HORNE health care focus area.
“We’ve worked with John and Jeff for years, and their mission of serving rural America is another way for the firm to deliver with care,” says HORNE MP Neil Forbes.
“John and I have been supporting health care and health care transformation with a baseline of data for over a decade,” adds Grandia. “We have an opportunity now to provide value of the data to all these rural communities across this country.”
