Dixon Hughes Goodman Merges In Burkhart & Company

Looking to expand both its service offerings and its reach in the state of Tennessee, Charlotte, N.C.-based IPA 100 firm Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP (DHG) (FY21 net revenue of $504 million) is merging in Burkhart & Company PC of Knoxville, Tenn.

Founded in 1982, Burkhart & Company provides tax compliance, strategy formation, back-office services and family finance services to affluent families encompassing multiple generations. The firm’s virtual family office offering is a platform for high-net-worth families designed to facilitate the benefits of a single-family office without the high cost of creating and managing one.
