Madison, Wis.-based IPA 100 firm SVA Certified Public Accountants (FY20 net revenue of $59.1 million) has named Matt Vanderloo as its new CEO. He succeeds John Baltes, who is retiring.
Vanderloo has been with SVA for over 20 years and is currently a shareholder and principal in the firm’s health care industry group. During that time, he has also served on SVA’s board of directors, governance committee and emerging leadership committee.
The firm also promoted Michele Miller Hayes to COO, general counsel and principal. She has been with SVA for 10 years as general counsel and will now also lead the operational areas of the firm, including HR, IT, marketing and facilities.
